Abstract
This article represents the analysis of social communication in small business in the context of gender. This study suggests that the quantity and quality of communications of women entrepreneurs in the business environment is substantially inferior to the same indicators for men of small entrepreneurs, which makes women's business less sustainable not only financially, but also psychological, and impedes its development.
