RESEARCH OF UNEASINESS AND FEATURES OF STYLE OF BEHAVIOR IN A CONFLICT SITUATION OF THE PERSONNEL IN THE CONDITIONS OF ENTERPRISE RESTRUCTURING

Abstract
In the conditions of the modern market relations many enterprises undergo procedure of restructuring of the shots which actions aren't always accompanied by positive reaction of collective. Misunderstanding of values of entered reforms, lack of dialogue with an administrative board serve as the reason of emergence of conflict situations. Results of a psychodiagnostic testing of personal features, level of uneasiness and possible style of behavior are presented in article in the conflict at the staff of the organization which is on the threshold of structural changes.
