Abstract
The article focuses on the role of defects juridical awareness in the determination of misconduct. Based on the analysis of existing theoretical and empirical research substantiates deficit psychological knowledge about the most important qualitative features of juvenile justice, which play a decisive role in determining the direction of their illegal conduct. Presented by
