Abstract
The paper substantiates the importance of the problem of values in the management of the preschool educational institution. The subject of study is the heads' representations of the characteristics of the ideal preschool graduate, as well as representations of the values that a preschooler should have at the end of preschool education. The author reveals the significant landmarks of managers in preschool education and problem spots in the image of the ideal preschool graduate.
