Abstract
The article deals with the important aspect of the system of psychological support of the educational process, as psychological support teachers. Children with impaired communication, and especially autistic children are a special category that requires a special, personal touch. For this reason, to teachers working with them to meet high demands. In today's correction or general educational institution must ensure that all the conditions for the psychological support of teachers and the development of their personal resources to most effectively work with children and to optimize the process of their social adaptation.
