THE SPECIFICITY OF SCHOOLCHILDRENS EATING HABITS

Abstract
The article presents the results of studies of the eating behavior schoolchildren regional center of the North-West Federal District. Conducted a questionnaire survey of schoolchildren: evaluated regularity and balance of the nu-trition, frequency of consumption of meat, fish, milk and lactic acid products, vegetables and fruits. Evaluated symptoms of vitamins deficiency. Revealed that modern schoolchildren to de-velop certain habits of good nutrition: regular meals, regular breakfast, the use of dairy products. In the diet includes enough vegetables. At the same time, today's pupils are characteristic short-comings in the organization of nutrition: a monotonous ration of fruits and vegetables. Most re-spondents observed health problems: decreased vision, rapid fatigue, decreased attention, stom-ach discomfort, fragility of blood vessels and dental problems (caries or sensitive tooth enamel). The problems with appearance (brittle nails, dry skin and hair problems, cracks in the corners of the lips) aggravated in the winter-spring period.
