Abstract
In psychological literature the attention to problems of efficiency of pedagogical activity is even more often paid, one of which parties is active communication, and also to the factors having negative impact on it. To the last, psychoemotional loadings, high intensity of work, gradual accumulation of fatigue and a low self-assessment belong. On this background research of features of formation of a syndrome of emotional burning out as determinants of decrease in indicators of efficiency of professional activity taking into account specifics and conditions of its realization is timely and actual.
