AbstractThe article discusses the theory and practice of identifying and solving professional-pedagogical tasks, determining the ability of high-quality inclusion of the teacher's personality in the model of development of professional pedagogical knowledge, and facilitative of productive self-expression, self-improvement and personal fulfillment. Specificity of simulation and testing of adaptive and activitytracing knowledge in vocational teacher relations are regulated by means of studying of courses of "Theoretical pedagogy", "Practical pedagogy" as well as the formation and development of culture of independent work and professional and pedagogical culture.Keywords: competence, independent work of the student, pedagogical modeling, teaching discipline, the culture of independent work.
