MOTIVATIONAL FEATURES OF VOLUNTEERS WORKING ON PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY BASIS

Abstract
This paper shows the relevance of the study of motivation of volunteer activity. The authors present the research of volunteers’ dominant motives and characteristics of self-actualization in their activities. There is shown the differences in motivation and self-actualization between volunteers working on a permanent and a temporary basis. The authors discuss the future prospects of the study of psychological foundations of the volunteer activity.
