Abstract
Justification of the program of an assessment of personnel administrative potential of employees in system of law-enforcement bodies and the results of the conducted research which are been the basis for development of prospects of improvement of their work is presented in article. Results of an assessment of administrative and professional competences of staff of the District Department of Internal Affairs allowed to create groups of employees of «a perspective reserve» and «an operational reserve» that allows to consider this program applicable for identification of personnel prospects of employees.
