Abstract
The article defines the possibility of a productive learning course "History of Pedagogy and Education" in the structure of vocational training of the future teacher of physical culture. Professional formation of the person specified in the model pop-up understanding of the importance of the tasks and functions of a modern vocational teacher education. Features of development of the individual in the system using various types of education determines the quality of the inclusion of the individual learner in the process of self-realization and socialization, determined in two planes - adaptive and acme-pedagogical.
