Abstract
The article presents a set of deterministic pedagogically provisions facilitative understanding and solution of problems of the optimal use of professional and pedagogical knowledge in the development of the individual, defined in the models of formation of culture of independent work of the person included in the system of continuous education. Quality allocated provisions and verifiable pedagogical conditions of optimization possibilities of personality development in the model of formation of culture of independent work depends on the level of culture, productivity and independence of the future teacher, the defining features of pedagogical relations and the ways of solving the tasks allocated to the individual and social development.
