Abstract
It is known that a characteristic feature of the psychological approach of C. G. Jung was his dialogue with the various Asian philosophies or texts, including those that are related to Buddhism and Taoism. C. G. Jung tried to enter the realm of the paradoxical, mysterious and inexpressible, and was opened for the great Eastern spiritual philosophies. C. G. Jung has often been criticized for using unreliable translations, and therefore for the misunderstanding of Asian philosophy, for the substitution the philosophy for superstitions and dubious metaphysical doctrines. But whether such criticism is justified and essential? Dare to say that despite the limitations of the sources used by C. G. Jung, and some translations, to which he appealed, are not perfect, he was absolutely right - the Eastern ways of knowing can be quite useful to the Western psychology both theoretically and practically, because they obviously meet the needs in the broad adoption of philosophical differences. C. G. Jung clearly recognized that, by choosing the tools of intuitive insight into the human psyche, you should give preference to the Asian culture.
