Abstract
The paper identified the possibility of using the achievements of modern pedagogy in learning the basics of the structure of personality development as a product of the formation of socio-educational and professional-pedagogical relationships that guarantee a successful solution of problems of activity and communication. Development in the constructs of modern pedagogy as a science can be specified in a wide, narrow and local sense, each of which determines the level of problem-solving and the ability to an optimum combination of scientific knowledge and scientific research of the teacher in the model of modern education. The success of the work of the teacher is guaranteed quality account of the normal distribution of ability and health.
