Abstract
The article clarifies the concept of "pedagogical cooperation" and "pedagogical support" in the work of the swimming coach, gives examples of the qualitative solution of the problems of determination in the personified choice of the adaptive and acmepedagogical form of solving the problem of forming the experience of social relations and self-realization of the personality in the field of anthropologically determined meanings and priorities of self-organization and self-actualization.
