Abstract
The purpose of this article – to reveal tendencies in the training organization at rural school in Russia in XIX – the beginning of the XX centuries through detailed research of the main pedagogical tendencies: mass development of educational and educational systems, formation of educational
establishment network round training centers, the educational centers (higher education institutions), change of system of financing, formation of the content of formation of national (rural) training within the state doctrine.
