Abstract
In the article we consider the connection of professionalism with presence of internal resources and reserves of the man. We present the author's vision of psychological problems potentials and resources, the of becoming of professionalism and personal development of the professional. Describes the main concepts of becoming of professionalism, considered as a consequence of the implementation of the subject’s resources of their professional development.
