Abstract
The article is dedicated to the problem of the development of motivation of educational and professional activities of the students of the polytechnic college. The results of the research of educational professional motivation of the students of Arzamas branch of Nizhniy Novgorod State University of the secondary professional education department (Arzamas Polytechnic College named after V.A. Novikov) are given. The psychology and pedagogical terms of the development of the level of educational and professional motivation of the students are offered.
