Abstract
The article considers the gender features training of future teachers of vocational education at the university. Male cognition styles and masculine personality traits are preferred for the teacher of vocational education, while the students of this specialty - mostly girls. The author proposes to use in the process of organizing learning gender-specific forms and methods of teaching, to maximize the opportunities of educational practice and others.
