DIDACTIC PRINCIPLES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF LEARNING IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PERSON-CENTERED APPROACH OF CARL ROGERS

Abstract
In this article the author reveals the views of the American psychotherapist K. Rogers training called learner-centered learning. One distinguishing feature of this centered on the individual student approach is the rejection of formalized transfer student knowledge and social norms. Therefore, the main setting of the teacher is not the knowledge of the subject, and the creation of a favorable psychological climate, communication and understanding with students and between students themselves. To implement a learner-centered approach in teaching should be based on the needs of the learner, the teacher, their interests, and claims based on introspection and self-improvement. The author of the article considers how in the educational environment in the context of the person-centered approach is necessary to implement the principle of subjectivity of the learner, what forms of training you need to choose.
