Abstract
Method engineering creativity "conference of ideas" consists in the organization of collective discussion of various technical problems in order to find new and original engineering and inventive solutions. Engineering search is held in the form of the meeting at which free expression of different, even paradoxical ideas been practiced. Discussion leads to the formation of collective intelligence. "Conference of ideas" is both a method of engineering creativity and active learning method.
