Abstract
In article the maintenance of personal legal consciousness of minors with predominantly its legislative orientation and with the generated sense of justice is described. Such substantial features have been revealed as a result of the conducted research of sense of justice of the teenagers who have violated the law, and them сверствников, behaving legislatively. Studying of sense of justice is spent according to its basic structural elements to which the author carries: legal knowledge, social and legal outlook and expectations, attitude to events of social reality as well as to the subjects of delinquent and law-abiding behaviour, personal norms. Features of each component of sense of justice are presented.
