Abstract
In the article the interrelation of inventions and openings, which were done at the end of the XXth century, facilities of communication and facilities of educating is considered.
Features of information stage of development of tutorials are defined. The essence of the concepts "interactivity", "interactive facilities of educating", "interactive environment" is specified.
