The relevance of the study has been determined by the intensification of socio-economic cooperation between Russia and Mongolia. It is necessary to find the effective strategies for intercultural dialogue. The results of the comparative analysis of the values of Russian and Mongolian youth have been presented. The significant differences between values of social interaction, professional fulfillment and development, health, personal life have been found, and the differences between personality orientation of Russian and Mongolian youth have been found too.
