Abstract
The role of psychological factors in the achievements of an athlete Bo max competition is undeniable. In the struggle, athletes are about equal in physical and technical-tactical training, winning those, which have shown great, will to win, which were more strongly developed moral and volitional qualities. High emotional lift, a passionate desire to win can lead athlete in the victory over a strong opponent. The more challenging the competition, the more intense the competitive struggle, the more important is the psychological state of athletes. Especially important psychological factor in sports, including in football. The unexpected results of the matches, when contrary to all predictions, based on the assessment of physical fitness level of the players of those teams with technic -tactical skill, the winner seems to be relatively weak team [1, 2]. Due to this win, as a rule, psychological factors [3-7, 13-16]. Convincing evidence of This situation can be the results of the performance of football teams at the last world and European Championships.
One of the most important methods of influence on the psychological state of athletes before a competition is autogenic training [8-12]. However, the analysis of scientific and methodological literature has shown that currently in mini-football very little research on the effects of autogenic training on preparedness of athletes.
