Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of the youth labor market researches. The conducted research allows to claim that there is a discrepancy of a development level of labor potential of graduates to criteria of modern competitive fight. The revealed tendency reduces the level of the competitiveness of university graduates in labor market.
