Abstract
This article focuses on the study on the implementation of theoretical and practical components in the foster care system training military center under the Siberian Federal University. The study suggests that the basic organizational-pedagogical conditions providing efficiency of the model education of future officers based on UCC civil of the University are: the inclusion in the educational process is not only practical but also theoretical components, the use on a practical level, not only traditional, well-established forms and methods of educational work.
