Abstract
The article investigates person orientation of future vocational training teachers. The person orientation is important individual formation and has significant role in self-actualization. The article represents results of person orientation structure investigations for students during their studying in a professional-pedagogical high school. It is established that by the end of training in high school the majority of surveyed students have acquired a dominant business purpose.
