Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the use of therapeutic tales in the telephone counseling. The article presents the main objectives and forms of use of fairy tales and parables in conversations with children and adolescents on the Helpline. The positive effects of fairy tales on children’s psyche and some of the limitations associated with the format of the telephone counseling are described in the article.
