Abstract
The article discusses the possibility of teaching students-migrants to the Russian language as a foreign language through the use of literary works in the classroom.
The author considers it appropriate to use not only classical literary works but also the works of modern writers. The relevance of the study due to insufficiently developed in the pedagogical literature, didactic means of solving the problems of the students learning the Russian language migrants through the use in the classroom literary texts. The article lists the factors that must be considered when selecting text and the proposed text includes examples of pre-text, pretext and posletekst jobs.
