SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT AS A FACTOR OF COMPETITIVENESS OF RUSSIAN REGIONS

Abstract
Among the known factors of competitiveness has been increasing the role of the social sphere. The article deals with the dynamics of real money incomes by federal districts as well as the designated proposals in the field of competitiveness of the region in the fall of income and reduce living standards.
