Abstract
Despite food plays its basic part in the society, the sociological scrutiny has turned to the food studies recently. Food and board sociology or nutrition sociology condenses within itself a lot of social cultural, political, economic, and philosophic agents influencing upon our food partialities in what, when, how, and why do we eat… The food sociology scrutinizes social patterns in the food production, distribution, and consumption, which might be totally conceptualized as a social appetite.
