Abstract
The article describes the problem and the practice of productive development of the personality of the future teacher in the model of development and self-development in the structure of vocational training. The quality and capabilities of pedagogical activity of the teacher of physical culture defined by the different components of the training, the structure of which the attention is paid to practical training, teaching practice №1 and №2. Quality development and self-development can be examined in the analysis of the structure of professional education of the case.
