FEATURES CONFLICT FEMALE WORKFORCE

Abstract
The article considers the peculiarities of possible conflicts in the female workforce. The paper discusses the pros and cons of a homogeneous team, the causes of stress and social-psychological climate in the women's workplace, as well as methods to prevent and mitigate the effects of conflict.
