Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the image of employees dorozhno-patrol service of the state traffic Inspectorate. Using questionnaires determined the current image of employees dorozhno-patrol service and diverse factors, rendering it a significant impact. When processing the experimental data were applied frequency, correlation, regression and factor analyses, the method of mathematical modeling. To assess the dynamic characteristics of the image of the employee of the proposed eight-factor regression model with delay. At its Foundation is based on indicators such as the level of organization of work in promoting the activities of the state traffic Inspectorate; the level of professional competence, General and psychological culture of employees dorozhno-patrol service; the characteristic external appearance of employees; evaluation of the system of motivation of employees to maintain a positive image; the quality of performance of the employees official duties; level (prevalence) of corruption among traffic police officers. The results of the study can be used in the development of expert systems designed to support managerial activities in the departments of the state.
