Abstract
Timely understanding of the methodological problems of science reaching is the key to prospects for the development of this field of knowledge, the operational response of the entire system of educational activities to replace the social reality and change the social order on educational outcomes.
Keywords: a mechanistic view of the world and synergistic, determinism and reductionism in the formation, functionalism, methodology of classical education of the last century, regulation and open learning system as way of understanding the world
