Abstract
The article analyzes the problems arise in the interaction of the youth and juvenile law, although it is a part and contradictions between them should not be. But at the moment there are some problems and contradictions in the interaction of these two directions. In each country family values and for a variety of benign implementation of the juvenile system necessary legislative framework, based on modern realities of family values inherent in our society.
