Abstract
The article is devoted to the discipline of the employees of internal Affairs bodies. The emphasis in a study done on aspects such as hard work and procrastination. Discusses the possibilities of diagnostic assessment of the severity of procrastination. The study, which was attended by 120 people, was carried out using the questionnaire of the severity of procrastination and external assessment of diligence and discipline among employees. Psychometric analysis of some characteristics of the questionnaire – distribution of the diagnostic indicators and methodology, the validity of the criteria. The obtained results allow to clarify (to validate root) the methodology and procedure of psycho diagnostic examination. They can be used in psycho diagnostics of personality in the study of staff characteristics in predicting the propensity of employees to observance of performing discipline.
