FEATURES OF CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN A PROJECT TEAM

Abstract
This article analyzes the application of the principles of conflict resolution within the project team. The text of the article discussed the different approaches to the definition of "conflict of the project" concept, the basic ways of their solution, as well as conclusions about the appropriateness of a given technology to resolve conflicts within the project.
