Abstract
The issues raised in this article are of interest from the point of view of foreign language training on the base Blackboard. The author defines multifunctional educational net - Blackboard. Particular attention is paid to the possibilities and advantages of this modern educational base in optimization of training and foreign language learning in a non- linguistic university.
