Abstract
The article discusses the issue of the level of psychological and pedagogical comfort of the educational environment to a special school for children with mental retardation. The study was conducted with the survey on "methods of diagnosis of psychological conditions the school environment". The study involved the participants of educational process (pupils, parents, teachers). Were analyzed the obtained results and the General guidelines for working with children with mental retardation.
