The article reflects the features of the use of theorizing and pedagogical modeling in the optimal choice of the conditions for the productive formation of a teacher included in a system of socially and professionally significant conditions for development and self-affirmation. Peculiarities of adaptive and innovative pedagogy in the constructs of adaptation and facilitation find qualitative forms and means of productive solution of the problem of personalized support, personified development, personified education and education.
