Abstract
The article describes the study of the foundations of age-appropriateness in traditional and innovative pedagogy, various approaches to the determination of age-appropriate pedagogy are given. Age-appropriate as a value and product development of continuous education determines the quality of solving the problems of personality development in the model of continuous education.
