Abstract
The introduction of new concepts into the national educational sphere and their successful application in the conditions of crisis phenomena is possible only in the case of a preliminary holistic scientific understanding of them, the formation of scientific bases of understanding on the basis of those philosophical concepts that reflect the interests of this particular civilization at a given stage of its development.
