Abstract
This article presents the results of empirical research of features of coping in a situation experience the professional status of uncertainty in bank employees remote forms of employment. As a result of the analysis the author concludes that characterized by the use of coping behavior-based solution to the problem for the bank employees. This strategy is linked to personal characteristics such as passion, resourcefulness, optimism, adaptability, confidence.
