Abstract
In the article the role of the integrated training programs in profile teaching of a foreign language in technical high school is analyzed. Possibility of use of the integrated training programs in different types of speech activity is considered: oral speech, reading, translation. Need of the accounting of oral and written communication specifics, and also difference for training in reading art, original technical and scientific literature is noted. Parameters of classification of the integrated educational programs are allocated.
