CHANGING BELIEFS AS A MODERN STAFF MOTIVATION METHOD

Abstract
The paper is devoted to the development of staff motivation methods. In particular, there such motivation method as changing the beliefs is considered. The theoretical problems as well as ways of changing the beliefs are developed.
