Abstract
This article is not a summing up of the literature review is not a summary of another kind paradoxical psychotherapy. Rather, it is a summing-up of 4 years working with a group of my patients, some of whom were my psychoanalytic therapy, part classical psychoanalysis, and on the part of patients was conducted by the methods of Gestalt therapy. Addressed the article in the first place, professional therapists, and anyone interested in psychotherapy and practical psychology.
