Abstract
This article discusses the reasons for the changing paradigm of management and the emergence of post-industrial management. It is concluded that the transition to super-industrial society is accompanied by the occurrence in the post-capitalist era. This article describes some features of the management of the twenty-first century, given the definition of «post-industrial management».
