Abstract
This article highlighted the need for the existence of a unified model sociological assessment of the quality of medical care in the region. Unsystematic and irregular population surveys do not study the nature of interaction between doctor and patient sufficiently. Author's model will need to organize, to improve the conduct and interpretation of sociological and medical sociological research on health and the provision of quality health care.
